04 What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made 24+ hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations between 2-24 hours incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 2 hours are charged in full.
05 Do you offer hourly charter services?+
Yes. Hourly charters are available with complimentary wait time. You can book a vehicle by the hour for meetings, shopping, touring, or multi-stop itineraries without per-stop fees.
06 What types of vehicles are in your fleet?+
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, Cadillac Escalades and GMC Yukon SUVs, Mercedes Sprinters, mini coach buses, and full-size coach buses accommodating groups from 1 to 30+ passengers.
07 How do I pay for services?+
